Q: Is Superb Limousines licensed and registered?
A: Yes, Superb Limousines is licensed and registered according to all Department of Transportation's regulations and requirements.

Q: How do I know what size limousine I will need?
A: Superb Limousines offers a sedan limousine for up to 4 passengers, stretch limousines for up to 6 passengers, super stretch limousines for up to 10 passengers and stretch Hummer SUV limousines for up to 18 passengers.

Q: Is there a minimum number of hours required for my reservation?
A: Yes. Superb Limousines requires a 2 hour minimum.

Q: What is my start and end time?
A: Your limousine time begins when we arrive to pick you up, and ends when we drop you off at your last location.

Q: Can I request more time after the chauffeur picks me up?
A: We will let you know whether we have another reservation right after your time and if the driver needs to end your trip exactly as scheduled. If we have time available, you are always welcome to extend your trip for as long as is available on our schedule, and the driver will charge you for your extra time, plus gratuity and fuel surcharge.

Q: Do you require a deposit to make a reservation?
A: Yes. The deposit amount depends on the total rental amount. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your date. All balances are due 2 days prior to the rental date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.

Q: Smoking or Non-Smoking?
A: All Superb Limousine's vehicles are NON-SMOKING. Superb Limousines is committed to providing a safe, and clean fleet for our customers. Customers who smoke inside any Superb Limousine vehicle will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.00 which includes a natural deodorizer and an oxidation process.

Q: Can I choose any of your limousines for my reservation?
A: Your choice of limousines depends on availability. At Superb Limousines, we pride ourselves on providing you with several options to suit your needs. Please be aware that each limousine is different and has it's own amenities and seating space. We would be happy to discuss your needs and the pricing for each limousine.

Q: What comes with a limousine rental?
A: Superb Limousines provides ice, bottled water upon request. Customers are welcome to bring beverages. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as every passenger riding in the vehicle is over the age of 21. We have a Zero Tolerance policy regarding minors consuming alcohol in our limousines. If a minor is caught with alcohol or appears to be intoxicated, it is our policy to confiscate the alcohol and contact the parent(s) who contracted the reservation with us. The run will be immediately terminated without refund, and the minors will be returned immediately to the point of pick-up. For this reason, the driver's privacy window must remain open at all times while unaccompanied minors are in the vehicle.

Q: Are we allowed to bring alcoholic beverages?
A: Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as every passenger riding in the vehicle is over the age of 21. We have a Zero Tolerance policy regarding minors consuming alcohol in our limousines. If a minor is caught with alcohol or appears to be intoxicated, it is our policy to confiscate the alcohol and contact the parent(s) who contracted the reservation with us. Q: Are we allowed to bring food in the limousines?
A: No. Customers who bring food into the limousines, will be charged a $75 cleaning fee.

Q: Do you offer a one time pick up and drop off?
A: Yes, Superb Limousines does offer a transfer service.

Q: Am I able to start and stop the clock?
A: No. Once the limousine is in service it stays in service for your event until the end of contracted time.

Q: Do you offer pick-up and drop off at multiple locations?
A: Yes. The chauffeur can be directed to as many locations as needed during your contracted time. You are required to provide the address and details when making the reservation so the route can be mapped out and ensure limousine access to all locations.

Q: How far in advance should I make my reservation?
A: Superb Limousines will take reservations up to 1 (one) year in advance. When you know the date and time you will need transportation services, contact us via this website, email or phone to receive a quote. Please note, Prom Season is a busy season for Superb Limousines, and we suggest you make your reservation as soon as possible to

Q: Will the sunroof be opened?
A: No. For safety reasons, the sunroof will not be opened.

Q: Is gratuity required for your chauffeurs?
A: No. Gratuity is not required, but greatly appreciated.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid within 2 days of rental. Cancellations within 2 days of a scheduled rental are subject to a full charge of the quoted price. No-shows and/or cancellations after scheduled vehicle departure will be charged full fare. NOTE: Cancellations or changes CANNOT be made by e-mail or voicemail, you are required to speak with the staff of Superb Limousines. By booking with Superb Limousines, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Q: Do you double book your limousines?
A: No. Superb Limousines does not double book. We do not book any other services during your contracted time. The driver is at your disposal for the entire time of your reservation. He will provide you with his cell phone number while you are at dinner or at some event so you may contact him at any time to come and get you.
